MORGAN HALL

Building Description:

Morgan Hall, built in 1953, is a 56,886 square foot concrete building. It houses the Department of Nutritional Sciences and Toxicology, the Dean of the College of Natural Resources, the Office of Media Services, Physical Plant facilities, and general academic classrooms. There are five (5) floors, with the fourth floor (4) reserved for staff and faculty use. Facilities include: classrooms, research laboratories, and an auditorium as well as private and administrative offices.

Building Entrances:

The building has four entrances: three are located on the first floor, and one is located on the ground floor. Two entrances on the first floor do not meet minimum width requirements. All entrances are double doors that open at grade. No automatic door openers. No entrance doors are completely accessible.

Building Levels:

There are two elevators in Morgan hall: one elevator serves all floors while the second serves only G to 2 (three levels). The second elevator is very old and is largely non-accessible.

Four restrooms, two men's and two women's, one side transfer stall on the ground floor in the women's restroom. No accessible men's room facilities.
