Departmental Proctoring

The Assistive Technology Center (ATC) is a facility in Moffitt Library 224 equipped with Windows and Macintosh computers, which offer a broad selection of assistive technology software such as Speech Recognition (Naturally Speaking Dragon), Screen Magnification (Zoomtext), Screen reading (JAWS), Scan/Read back (Kurzweil), among others. They also have a few Closed Circuit Television Cameras (CCTV).

Academic departments and faculty member that are able to provide their own proctor, can reserved a space at the ATC if their student's accommodation letter requires assistive technology or a CCTV. You can make arrangements directly with the Assistive Technology Specialist, Lucy Greco (lgreco@berkeley.edu).

Until further notice the Assistive Technology Specialist is only available between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
