How do I request services through AIM?

Overview:

To request communication accommodations each semester, you must log into AIM, which is the platform DSP uses to process your accommodations.

How do I retrieve my transcript in AIM?

1.From the AIM Dashboard, click on “Deaf and Hard of Hearing” located on the left side of the screen.

2. Click on “Available Transcript(s)” beneath the class title that you wish to view the transcript for....
