All students seeking services through DSP must complete the following steps:

  1. Obtain verification for your disability
  2. Fill out and submit an online application
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with the name of your disability specialist and how to make an appointment.
  4. Meet with your disability specialist to discuss the accommodations or services you are eligible to receive.

If you are unable to complete the online application process, you can also request assistance in person from the Receptionist at the DSP office.
