Matt started at DSP in January 2022 as a Proctoring Representative and currently works as the Proctoring Supervisor. Previously, he taught Academic Reading and Writing to international students at San Francisco State University. He received a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Azusa Pacific University and a master's degree from San Jose State University.
Allison West began working with the DSP Team in July of 2019. She has enjoyed collaborating with students, faculty, and staff in both the proctoring and captioning units and is currently the Alternative Media Supervisor. Allison started her career as a classroom teacher where she developed a passion for finding innovative ways to help students access curriculum.
